Had an amazing time with friends! We loved the pool area and enjoyed visiting LOTTE World Adventure and the scenic beaches nearby. The staff was friendly and professional, which made our stay even better. Also, the breakfast buffet had a great variety, perfect for starting our busy days. Definitely a fun place for a group vacation!
We had some issues with communication when asking for room changes, which led to a misunderstanding about fees. It did create some frustration during our stay.

Had a pleasant time at this hotel. the pool was a fun experience, especially for families, although it was quite crowded. The amenities were decent, but the dining options felt overpriced. Staff were generally helpful, yet some struggled with English, which was a bit inconvenient.

We also visited LOTTE World Adventure, which was a highlight of our trip. The spacious room overlooking the mountains was an added bonus for our family getaway.
In my wife’s opinion, it would be great if they had more variety in the kids' menu to keep them excited at meal times.

Fantastic Family-Friendly Experience!
We had a wonderful time during our stay! The room was spacious and perfect for a family, with a lovely view and comfortable beds. The pools were a big hit with the kids, and the evening live music added a nice touch to our nights. Plus, the location was convenient with shops and restaurants right nearby. The only downside was that the pool area could get quite noisy during the evenings.

We stayed in the Hello Kitty Theme Room and it was such a hit with the kids! The little details like matching towels and adorable slippers were too cute. The beds were comfy and the bathroom had a kid-friendly sink. Water pressure in the shower was great! Plus, the room had easy access to family-friendly areas around the hotel. Only downside was that the food was a bit pricey, but overall the room made our stay fun for the whole family.

missingWrote a review on May 26dated facilities
The hotel rooms feel outdated, especially the bathrooms, which could use a facelift to match the rate charged. Dining options within the hotel are overwhelmingly expensive for the quality. not only is a simple beer around 10,000 won, but the dining experience can become quite noisy, making it less than ideal, especially for couples seeking a quiet meal. Additionally, additional charges for using amenities like the indoor pool seem excessive, and the lack of basic items in rooms, like a toothbrush, feels more like penny-pinching than eco-consciousness.
